The live call — 90 minutes60 minutes of delivery, then 30 minutes of Q&A where we work on what’s actually live in your week. This is where you set the intention that carries the week. Recorded, always.

Wed & Fri

Two 15-minute check-insWednesday you course-correct before the week gets away from you. Friday you close it and celebrate what actually moved. Optional, and short by design.

Your actual lifeWhich is the point. The work is done in your week, not beside it.

How much time does this really take?Ninety minutes on a Monday, plus two optional fifteen-minute check-ins. That’s two hours of scheduled time a week. If you already do inner work in some form, this mostly replaces it rather than adding to it — the same hours, guided.

What if I can’t make a call live?Every call is recorded and lands in the portal. Founding members are running launches, projects and businesses across several countries — the container is built for that, not against it.

Where does everything live?A single content portal: every recording, every exercise, every tool, for as long as you’re a member.
